What the software takes over
Invoices & accounts admin
Reading supplier invoices, matching them to orders, keying them into the ledger, chasing what's missing.
Orders & data entry
Taking orders from email, PDF or portal and getting them into your system. Checked, complete, without the re-typing.
Claims & policy admin
First-pass claims handling: extracting details, checking cover, preparing the file so a handler only touches the decisions.
Inbox & routine correspondence
Sorting a shared inbox, answering the questions that have standard answers, escalating the ones that don't.
How it works
1. Map the role
You walk me through a typical week on your team. The work gets split into what genuinely needs a person and what is rules-on-repeat.
2. Pilot in draft mode
One workflow, two to three weeks. The software prepares every action as a draft; your team approves or corrects. Nothing goes out unreviewed.
3. Run with oversight
Once the error rate beats your measured manual baseline, the system runs the routine cases and hands the exceptions to your team. If it never beats your baseline, you pay nothing for the pilot and keep the process map.
