Privacy notice
The short version: we only hold business contact details from public and licensed sources, we use them to send relevant, individually written emails to companies, and one reply or click removes you permanently.
Who we are
This website and the emails linking to it are operated by Ivan Vaskovich, Krucza 16/22, 00-526 Warsaw, Poland, working with businesses in the United Kingdom. You can reach us any time at ivan.vaskovich@buildagent-team.com.
What data we hold and where it comes from
If you received an email from us, we hold your name, job title, business email address and company details. This information comes from publicly available professional sources: your company's website, professional networks, and licensed B2B databases (Apollo.io). We do not hold or process consumer data, and we only contact people in their professional capacity at incorporated businesses.
Why we process it (lawful basis)
We process business contact data under legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the EU GDPR and UK GDPR): contacting businesses about services relevant to their operations. We have carried out and documented a legitimate interest assessment. When emailing UK businesses, we contact corporate subscribers in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
How long we keep it
If you don't respond to our emails, your details are removed from active outreach after the sequence ends. If you ask us to stop, we keep the minimum needed (your email address) on a suppression list so we never contact you again.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ivan.vaskovich@buildagent-team.com or reply to any message from us, and we'll action it within a few days. You can also opt out with one click using the link in any email. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Sharing and transfers
We don't sell or share your details with anyone. Data is stored with our email and data providers (lemlist, Apollo.io), who process it on our behalf under their own GDPR commitments.
