The short version: your team approves everything the software drafts, access is scoped to one workflow and revocable in one click, your data stays in the UK/EU region and is never used for training.
Draft mode by default
Every workflow starts in draft mode: the software prepares each action (a ledger entry, a reply, a file) and a named person on your team approves or corrects it. It only runs on its own once its measured error rate beats your manual baseline, and you decide when that switch happens.
Where your data lives
Processing stays in UK/EU region infrastructure. We work UK hours from Warsaw, Poland. Your data is never used to train any model, ours or anyone else’s.
Who touches what
Access is scoped to the single workflow we run for you: one inbox, one ledger, one folder. You grant it, you see every credential in use, and you can revoke it in one click at any time. No standing access to anything else.
Subprocessors
The model layer runs on established commercial providers under their business terms (no training on your data). The full named list of subprocessors comes with the data processing agreement, available on request before any pilot.
Agreements
A data processing agreement (UK GDPR compliant) is signed before any of your data is touched. Deletion on exit: everything we hold for your workflow is deleted within 30 days of the engagement ending, confirmed in writing. Questions: ivan.vaskovich@buildagent-team.com.
The pilot guarantee
Pilots run 2-3 weeks on one workflow. If the error rate does not beat your measured manual baseline, you pay nothing and keep the process map we built.
